From the new By Laws: “Members are required to volunteer for a total of twelve (12) documented service hours per year. Those who elect to not serve the twelve hours per year will pay the service hour buyout amount prescribed on the Fee & Dues Schedule. Service hour exceptions will be administered by the Board.”

A Family Discount will be give for a minimum of 2 Active Adults and 1 Minor. Please contact membership@clarkcountysaddleclub.com to process your discounted payment.
Having Trouble with the Shopping Cart?
Here are some steps to try first before contacting us.
1. Close out the site, close out the browser, restart the browser, open the site up again and retry. If this doesn’t work…
2. Clear the cache in your browser (just Google “how do I clear the cache in ‘chrome, IE, etc…”). Then do #1 above. If this doesn’t work…
3. Close out the browser (and anything else you have open) and reboot your computer. If this doesn’t work…
Send us an email and describe in detail what the exact problem was. Where in the “buying” process did you have trouble? At what step? Can you tell us what system you’re using (desktop, laptop, phone, what kind, and what browser)? This will help us to determine and quickly fix the issue if it’s on our end or perhaps make a suggestion that will help if the problem is on your end.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation!
NOTICE: Online payments are for RENEWALS only!!

How it works
Membership
The Clark County Saddle Club is a member owned Non-Profit entity. Initial fees and dues are a big part of providing funds for the upkeep of the facility. Other fund-raising activities are done during the year to support the maintenance of the facility.
If you have questions about membership, contact Erin O’Shaughnessy at 360-546-2424 or email: membership@clarkcountysaddleclub.com

Steps
If you are New and want to join
- Download the Application – ORANGE TAB ABOVE.
- Fill out the application and the volunteer info form.
- Attend the General Meeting held in the Clubhouse . Please try to be there early (6:45 p.m.) so you can get your application turned in prior to the start of the meeting at 7:00 pm. The membership secretaries located inside the meeting room will be happy to assist you.
- Provide a check/cash for the initiation fee and dues. The initiation fee is $200/adult applicant. Yearly prorated dues are also to be paid at this time. Initiation and dues are not transferable from one applicant to another applicant. Riding privileges are only granted with Paid in Full Memberships. See the current fee schedule for dues structure.
- You will be asked to give a brief introduction and state your reason for wanting to join the club.
- Download and read the CCSC By Laws (ORANGE TAB ABOVE) – this will give you all the info you ever wanted to know about the club, procedures, election of officers and general information.
- SERVICE HOUR REQUIREMENTS – Revised By Laws require that starting in 2020, 12 hours per year of volunteer work at the club (maintenance, working at events, almost anything that helps the club) unless you have opted to “buyout” your hours when paying for your membership. Those who elect to not serve the twelve hours per year will pay the service hour buyout amount prescribed on the Fee & Dues Schedule. Service hour exceptions will be administered by the Board.”
- Get involved! After you have been accepted into the club, be sure to attend the general meetings, take part in the other activities planned throughout each month, or volunteer to help with maintenance.
